Q. Website security?

Our site provides a secure connection with a HTTPS beginning. You will notice the lock icon on our website address bar which shows an encrypted website. Our encrypted website provides critical security and data integrity for our customers personal information.

Q. Order confirmation / Tracking?

After an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation and tracking updates.  If you do not receive these please check you junk e-mail. 

Q. What payment options do you offer?

A. We accept Afterpay, Zip, Paypal with Credit & Debit cards, Bank Deposits, Cheques / Money Orders & Cash on Pickup.

Stripe is available for safe and secure SSL encrypted payments with credit / debit cards & we also offer Google Pay & Apple Pay.

We accept Paypal.  If you wish to pay with a debit or credit card please select the PayPal / Credit or Debit Card option in checkout.  Please note that a PayPal account is not required to use a credit/debit card.

Note: Payments made by Paypal online will not be available for pickup.

Q. How much will shipping cost me?

A.  Delivery within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $14.95.  Orders of $150 or more will be delivered free!!  Please remember to select the option for free shipping through checkout.

Q. Is local pickup available?

A.  Local pickup is now available at an agreed time at no additional cost from Seville Grove, WA.  Please remember to select the Local Pickup option during checkout.  We will contact you by e-mail or phone/text to arrange a pickup time.

Note: Payments made by Paypal online will not be available for pickup.

Q. Where is my order being sent from?

A.  All orders will be sent from Australia not overseas.

Q. Are all your items in stock and how long will delivery take?

A.  All items are in stock and items are posted within one business day after receiving your payment. Delivery to WA is usually 1-2 days.   Delivery to all other states within Australia is generally 5-7 days.

Q. Are there any other delivery options available, such as express post delivery?

A.  Currently we offer a standard delivery service by Australia Post which includes tracking.  Sometimes it’s cheaper to send certain items via another courier service which is sometime faster than Australia Post.  However if express is required please contact us for a quote and we will be happy to provide one for you.  Please note that some bulky items may not be eligible to send to a PO box due to excessive costs.

Q. Do you deliver overseas?

A.  No, at the moment we do not deliver overseas as standard but feel free to contact us for a quote.  Customers from overseas are very welcome to place an order and have it delivered to any address within Australia.

Q. Do you offer discount codes?

A.  Yes, from time to time we offer discount code which will be promoted through our Facebook page and newsletters.  Feel free to like and share our page below to keep up with the latest deals.  Also please subscribe to our newsletter.

We will be happy to help resolve any problems. Our aim is for every customer to be 100% satisfied.

Returns are accepted 14 days after receipt of your order.

1. Factory Fault? Full Refund or replacement offered if Item is faulty. Original label and packaging must be kept.

2. Item Damaged in Transit? Original label and packaging must be kept to for replacement / insurance claim.

3. Change of mind or purchased the wrong product – Buyer Pays return Postage, Products must be received in a saleable condition and have all original packaging. A partial refund will be provided which is the cost of purchase less the cost of our shipping cost. Please take these costs into consideration.

4. If an order is returned to sender (RTS) due to either specifying the wrong delivery address or not collecting in time from the post office/collection point a refund for the order less our cost to ship will be applied.

All returns need to be approved prior to returning.
